Nutrition facts about what you eat can be pretty important with health and well-being now a major concern these days. If you want to lose weight or just want to eat foods that are better for you, there are plenty of places to find the nutrition facts you want.

One place to look for nutrition facts is right on the packaging of the foods you buy. There you will find such useful information as the percentage of daily intake in each serving, how many grams of fat are in the food, or whether the fat content is saturated or not. You may also find the percentage of vitamins and minerals contained.

You can also look at the many web sites devoted to nutrition facts. Here you will find info on hundreds of foods all conveniently in one place. You can also find sites that tell you facts about food at certain restaurants. Many times if you go to a restaurant, they will have fact sheets about their menu. All you really have to do is keep your eyes open or ask and you can be sure that you are eating a healthy diet.
