There are many things that contribute to one's wellness. The most important thing may very well be the body and mind. With these two things in order, such things as family and finances can be greatly affected and also contribute to your sense of wellness.

A healthy body is a healthy mind and your sense of wellness can start by an hour or so of simple exercise followed by a healthy diet. Eating right and looking good makes you feel good about yourself and this radiates off you onto those around you. You'll find you have more energy and accomplish more as a result.

Being of healthy mind will also greatly improve your overall wellness. Less stress in everyday life allows you to cope better with stressful situations when they do arrive. You'll find you will get along better with family and friends and quality of life will improve like never before.
